FieldDrive LLC ("FieldDrive," "we," "us") builds punch list software for residential builders. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website and our product, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a demo, email us, or sign up for a pilot, we receive what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write in a message or scheduling form.
- Information from using the product. If you use the FieldDrive app, we store the content you and your team create: punch list items, photos, notes, project names, and account details for your users.
- Basic website analytics. We collect aggregate, non-identifying information about how this website is used — pages visited, general location (city level), and how visitors found us — to understand what's working.
How we use it
- To respond to you, run demos, and provide the product.
- To operate, secure, and improve FieldDrive.
- To send you information you've asked for. We don't send marketing blasts to people who haven't asked for them.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We don't claim your project data. Punch lists, photos, and notes you put into the product belong to you and your company. We access them only to provide the service, support you, or as required by law.
Services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business, and they process data only on our behalf:
- Calendly — demo scheduling (receives the info you enter when booking).
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Supabase — application database and infrastructure for the product.
- Stripe — payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How long we keep information
We keep contact information as long as we're in an active conversation or business relationship with you, and product data as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you can ask us to delete your account data and we will, apart from records we're legally required to keep (like invoices).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the two founders, and we use the security features of the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, but if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we'll tell you promptly.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from any email we send with one click, or by replying "unsubscribe."

Children
FieldDrive is a business tool and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes affecting product users, notify you by email.
