How does pricing work?
Choose Solo for 1 user at $49/month, Crew for 2–5 users at $99/month, or Team for 6–10 users at $179/month. Annual founding plans are $390, $790, and $1,490. Your price stays fixed inside your team-size tier.
Does it work with bad signal on the job site?
Yes. Capture punch items with no signal and they sync automatically the moment you’re back in range. Nothing gets lost between the site and the office.
Do my subs or crew have to download an app?
No. Send them a link and they have full access to the active tasks that need their attention — they can see every assigned item, the photos, and the notes, and update status and photos right from that link. No app store, no account setup, no friction.
Which product do I need?
Punch is for builders, GCs, and trades running open items across sites. Walk is for home builders running new home orientations, final walkthroughs, and buyer signoffs.
